Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, training the team on Mejuri's Selling Steps
• Drive team performance and engagement to achieve KPIs like OPH, NPS, SPH
• Ensure positive customer experience and promote services like piercing and engraving
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and back-of-house order fulfillment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
