🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and audit billing, invoicing, and accounting records for errors
• Own and improve the end-to-end auditing process
• Reconcile financial transactions for cross-border shipping and freight
• Generate audit reports directly for leadership

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
• Solid understanding of accounting and billing processes for U.S. companies
• Available 20 hours per week on a part-time remote basis

• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
• Familiarity with CIVA or IMMEX programs
