Description

As Lead Engineer at CP Group, you will oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems for a Class A office property. You will work hands-on with HVAC, chillers, boilers, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and BAS, while guiding shift operations and supporting tenant requests. This role ensures compliance with company standards and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years building maintenance experience
• High-rise office building experience required
• Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC, boilers, and mechanical systems
• Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems and BAS/EMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all building systems (HVAC, chillers, boilers, electrical, plumbing, life safety, BAS)
• Conduct regular inspections of building equipment and life-safety systems; document deficiencies
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and complete repairs
• Execute preventive maintenance program in accordance with manufacturer recommendations
• Support vendor coordination and monitor on-site work for safety compliance
