Description
You will lead end-to-end execution of complex deals and streamline approval processes for Motive's Americas and Enterprise business segment. Your role involves guiding deal strategy, providing agreement structuring, and serving as a subject matter expert to sales and go-to-market teams. You'll optimize deal pipelines and drive efficiency in internal processes to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Deal Desk/operations experience in high-growth technology companies in go-to-market functions
- Experience working with Enterprise and various segments across a sales organization
- Expert in Salesforce required; experience in Tableau a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments under tight timelines and with PT time zone overlap
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic partner to sales for deal composition and approvals
- Make quantitative/qualitative recommendations to executive management on deal structures
- Ensure timely and accurate deal execution, evaluating discounts, approval policies, and revenue recognition rules
- Act as internal quarterback resolving open items related to terms, conditions, and order processing
- Optimize and manage deal pipeline, revising processes to streamline sales experience
