Description

As a Line Leader, you will oversee production line manufacturing processes and people to ensure safety, quality, regulatory, and productivity standards are met. You will train staff, manage staffing assignments, and resolve issues to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

Ability to read and understand safety procedures
Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S
Basic problem-solving skills
Knowledge of cGMP environment
Ability to work first shift

Responsibilities

Ensure safe production line setup and operation
Train line staff and monitor performance
Manage staffing assignments to meet production schedule
Execute quality procedures and ensure traceability
Track inventory and maintain data integrity
