You'll support the full transcript production lifecycle at a fast-growing legal AI company, from pre-production preparation through post-production delivery. You'll work closely with Transcription and Deposition Operations teams to keep production workflows efficient and reliable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-driven work and managing multiple deliverables.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare rough drafts by organizing source materials for accurate transcription
• Edit and prepare audio/video files for efficient transcription workflows
• Perform post-event quality checks to ensure files and data are complete
• Manage court reporter transcript uploads and validate file accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, legal support, or document management
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and handling high-volume work
• Ability to follow established processes while adapting to unique needs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with legal transcripts or court reporting workflows
• Experience with litigation support
