You'll manage live freight in real time at the intersection of drivers, brokers, shippers, and technology, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery for a zero-emissions trucking carrier. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign and coordinate loads across California fleet for on-time pickup/delivery
• Communicate with drivers in real time to manage schedules and resolve issues
• Liaise with brokers, shippers, and vendors to keep shipments flowing
• Monitor Hours of Service compliance and plan EV charging proactively

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in freight, last-mile, or high-velocity logistics operations
• Experience with dispatch platforms and live tracking systems
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch in fast-paced environment
• Clear English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience at a tech-driven last-mile or mid-mile logistics operation
