You'll lead a team designing an AI-powered private banker experience, shaping how customers interact with AI advisors and establishing foundational experience systems for AI across Nubank. This role bridges product-specific excellence with company-wide coherence, ensuring alignment with the broader Magic App vision.

• Solid expertise in Product Design (UI, UX, and Research)
• Experience in digital products

• Be a technical reference for the team, adapting and replicating best practices
• Build links with business areas, influencing decisions advocating for user-centered design
• Inspire product designers by creating a high bar of quality design work
• Establish and promote a healthy team culture with cross-functional partners and design teams
• Push boundaries of team's UX/UI/visual execution and challenge the status quo
