💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the finance lead for Slingshot International, providing financial insight and establishing scalable processes. You'll directly support the General Manager in budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and compliance to prepare the business for global scaling. This role offers exposure to broad financial leadership in a high-growth aerospace technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Support pricing strategy and financial modeling for international programs.
• Ensure financial compliance with company policies and international regulations.
• Establish scalable financial processes and reporting in the first 3-6 months.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or financial operations
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for a business unit
• Strong understanding of P&L management and operational finance
• Ability to partner with business leaders on strategic decisions
