💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build the custom mixed-signal silicon for Voyant's FMCW LiDAR systems, owning ASIC development from concept to production. You'll collaborate with world-class teams to create breakthrough sensors that redefine machine perception. This role offers extraordinary technical scope: initially hands-on IC design, then evolving into team leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design ultra-low-noise analog front ends for LiDAR sensors
• Develop mixed-signal circuits including ADCs and power management
• Establish EDA tools, design flows, and verification standards
• Define ASIC architecture and partition with external components

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in analog and mixed-signal IC design
• Proven track record leading multiple tapeouts to production
• Deep expertise in low-noise analog circuit design (e.g. TIAs)
• Experience with test plan development for analog ASICs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with photonic IC co-design
• Knowledge of advanced packaging (chiplets, 2.5D/3D)
• Understanding of commercial IP ecosystems and licensing
