💼 About This Role

You'll independently manage complex clinical trial sites in Taiwan, ensuring patient safety and data integrity. Your work directly supports bringing life-changing therapies to patients in oncology and rare diseases. You'll also mentor junior staff and contribute to audit readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of site management for assigned clinical trials.
• Conduct pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Manage site start-up procedures including regulatory submissions and contract negotiations.
• Review and maintain Investigator Site File and Trial Master File accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical monitoring experience in a CRO or biotech.
• ICH-GCP and local regulatory knowledge.
• Oncology or rare disease trial experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
