🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards for payment KPIs and operating metrics
• Analyze payment data to identify cost inefficiencies and margin opportunities
• Develop reporting frameworks for payment economics and risk
• Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and metric definitions

📋 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or fintech
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS
• Familiarity with Python, R, or scripting tools for automation
• Understanding of unit economics and payment routing
