You'll design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise UC platforms for a security-sensitive federal customer. This role provides immediate impact on mission-critical operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise UC platforms
• Configure SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS
• Serve as technical SME for operational issues
• Participate in Agile execution and collaborative problem-solving

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering with UC focus
• Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, and Microsoft Teams
• Hands-on experience with session border controllers, voice gateways, and QoS

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• DoD 8140 certification (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CCNP Security)
• Experience with VQ Conference Manager, Jabber, Cisco Expressway
