You'll design and govern the operational ecosystem connecting Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market. You'll create scalable frameworks that turn engineering velocity into market impact. This role embeds you at the intersection of technical innovation and commercial strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design strategic engagement model between Engineering, Product, and GTM
• Analyze resource allocation and unit economics for executive investment decisions
• Transform multi-dimensional data into clear business insights
• Lead product development lifecycle evolution and remove structural bottlenecks
• Serve as bridge between technical execution and business value across stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 9 years experience in Management Consulting, Product Strategy, or Operations
• Bachelor's degree in technical, mathematical, or analytical field
• Expert-level ability to navigate large datasets using SQL and BI platforms
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Product, and Sales

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Databricks tools for extract/transform/load
• Experience in Support Operations for SaaS companies
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Looker/Tableau
