Description

As an Operations and Experience Coordinator, you will drive operational excellence within our Barcelona hub, managing workforce data, coordinating hub operations, and owning end-to-end team events to ensure efficient and cohesive team experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• High attention to detail with structured data, reporting, and documentation.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and process-driven environments.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain recurring operational workflows for workforce tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Review and validate data across systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate operational requests for Barcelona hub with clear communication and tracking.
• Own end-to-end coordination of onsite and offsite team events including vendor management and expense compliance.
• Support team engagement initiatives and manage logistics across concurrent initiatives.
