You'll manage, optimize, and maximize value from Dropbox's SaaS ecosystem, including collaboration platforms and automation tools. You'll drive adoption and explore AI-powered features to enable smarter collaboration across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer SaaS platforms: user management, security, permissions.
• Evaluate new SaaS features and run pilot programs.
• Measure and report on adoption and usage trends.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox.
• Experience with automation/scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with SaaS APIs and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for usage data and adoption metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications in Google Workspace or Slack administration.
• Experience with SaaS adoption programs.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered features.
