💼 About This Role

You'll provide exceptional customer service and product education at a medical/adult-use cannabis dispensary. You'll drive sales through cross-selling and the rewards program while ensuring compliance and a clean store environment. This role is the face of the customer experience in a rapidly growing industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute selling standards to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Verify customer identification and create/update customer profiles.
• Cross-sell products and educate customers on promotions and events.
• Ensure sales floor is stocked and store is clean and organized.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• MED Badge from Colorado Department of Revenue.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
