You'll lead industrial real estate acquisitions in the Columbus market, building relationships and sourcing deals. Your core impact will be driving the expansion into a new market. This is a rare opportunity to run your own market and help build toward a 50 million SF portfolio by 2034.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage existing industrial relationships and build broker/owner network
• Source and evaluate industrial acquisition opportunities independently
• Underwrite cash flow models and assess risks and returns
• Manage pipeline and present opportunities to Investment Committee

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record of independently driving new acquisitions from sourcing to closing
• Relationships in the Columbus, Ohio industrial market
• Experience underwriting industrial transactions
• Highly skilled at multitasking
