You'll own technical recruiting for a fast-growing health tech startup building software to improve healthcare quality and accessibility. You'll partner with leadership and hiring managers to attract and close top technical talent across engineering, data, and AI/ML. This is a full-desk role where you'll own sourcing, strategy, and candidate experience end-to-end.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing initiatives across technical roles
- Build talent maps and develop creative outreach strategies
- Lead with data to optimize funnel efficiency and identify leaks
- Scale hiring throughput to double engineering team size
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of full cycle technical recruiting in startup or high-growth environments
- Proven track record hiring engineering and data talent
- Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn and emerging platforms
- Strong closing skills with ability to navigate compensation discussions
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Ashby, Gem, Juicebox, or AI-enabled sourcing tools
- Experience recruiting for operations, customer experience, or GTM roles
