You'll join MongoDB's ASEAN Acquisition team to drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. Your core impact will be proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing a sales pipeline while strategically partnering with CTOs and engineering leaders. This role offers best-in-class sales training including MEDDIC and Command of the Message.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
- Strategically prospect into CTOs and engineering leaders
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years field experience with quota-carrying in a competitive market
- Demonstrated ability to sell into new lines of business within accounts
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Thai native and fluent in English

- Sales Methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
- Familiarity with databases, develops, and open source technology
