You'll own the full sales cycle for a ground-floor territory in Colorado Springs, engaging physicians and administrators to drive adoption of a family care platform. This role requires grit and a hunter mentality to build a market from scratch.

- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to signed participation
- Engage physicians and clinical decision makers to drive adoption
- Maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting
- Execute targeted outbound strategies for assigned territories
๐ Requirements
- 1-5 years experience in a metrics-driven sales or business development role
- Intellectual curiosity to quickly learn healthcare complexity (prior auths, ADLs)
- Operational rigor with disciplined CRM usage (Salesforce)
- Reside in Colorado Springs with valid Driver's License

- Background in medical sales or high-volume BDR work
- Experience as a clinician transitioning to business role
- Familiarity with pediatric care or case management
