You'll lead client-driven product initiatives for a B2B SaaS platform serving higher education. Your core impact is translating customer input into scalable product improvements that strengthen alumni and student outcomes. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Synthesize client requests from Customer Success and Sales
• Translate feature requests into clear problem statements
• Own roadmap and prioritize based on user value and strategy
• Partner with Engineering and Design from concept to launch

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of product management in B2B SaaS
• Experience conducting customer discovery and defining requirements
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design
