Description
You will build and manage strategic relationships with top Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), driving co-selling opportunities and enabling their sales teams to grow their business with Klaviyo. You'll act as a subject matter expert on the GSI ecosystem and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize platform adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SaaS account management, channel, or sales experience
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and influencing colleagues
- Familiarity with enterprise methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDPICC)
- Ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals
- Enthusiasm for exploring AI tools and workflows
Responsibilities
- Build narrative and articulate value of Klaviyo to top GSIs, differentiating from competitors
- Manage business development referrals and co-selling opportunities with GSIs
- Advise GSIs on business model, growth strategy, and profitability with Klaviyo
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Recruit teams
- Develop and deliver partner training, sales playbooks, and joint value propositions for GSI sellers
