• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles
• Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders on hiring needs
• Source and screen candidates via job boards and social media
• Coordinate interviews and guide hiring decisions

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Ashby ATS experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
