🎯 What You'll Do
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate internal events.
- Process invoices, track vendor contracts, and coordinate with accounting.
- Prepare expense reports and book travel for BTG members.
- Distribute internal communications for maintenance windows and outages.
📋 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of administrative assistant or coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
