🎯 What You'll Do

  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate internal events.
  • Process invoices, track vendor contracts, and coordinate with accounting.
  • Prepare expense reports and book travel for BTG members.
  • Distribute internal communications for maintenance windows and outages.

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of administrative assistant or coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
