💼 About This Role

You'll own the finance function at a growing kids-focused tech company, reporting to the CEO. You'll build the planning, forecasting, and decision-support layer to scale operations and guide strategic investments. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own annual budget, rebudgeting, and all financial modeling
• Build forecasting, scenario planning, and risk analysis
• Own cash flow forecasting and fundraising readiness
• Deliver financial reporting to board, investors, and team

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in finance with FP&A or strategic finance experience
• Experience with Supply Chain finance and planning
• Built or rebuilt budgeting and forecasting process
• Strong financial modeling skills, clean trustworthy models

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Abacum or similar FP&A tool suite
• Experience with S&OP or cross-functional planning
