💼 About This Role

You'll own the validation of our robot's core hardware systems, including compute, power system, and motor controllers. Your work ensures performance, reliability, and compliance across the product lifecycle. You'll build robust automated test infrastructures bridging design and manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead comprehensive test strategies for hardware systems.
• Design and implement manual and automated test setups and fixtures.
• Manage full test lifecycle from planning to data analysis and reporting.
• Debug hardware issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware validation in robotics, automotive, or industrial electronics.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and programmable power supplies.
• Strong skills in test automation using Python or similar scripting languages.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry test standards (CE, FCC, thermal, vibration).
• Experience with BLDC/PMSM motor control and sensor integration.
• Working knowledge of PLM systems, Jira, and Git.
