You'll drive regional sales growth in the healthcare sector, combining strategy and execution to open new markets and close complex deals. You'll build high-level relationships with hospitals and clinics, managing the full sales cycle independently.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close using MEDDICC and BANT
- Build strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Conduct field visits and product demos for healthcare decision-makers
- Manage complex negotiations focusing on speed and profitability
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in consultative B2B sales (medtech or SaaS)
- End-to-end sales experience without marketing dependency
- Track record of quota attainment and territory expansion
- Proficiency in outbound prospecting (cold calling, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
