You'll lead the team of on-the-ground market experts responsible for growing Airbnb Luxe's supply across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Your core impact is setting the strategy, coaching the team, and owning results to expand the portfolio while maintaining quality standards. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, commercial strategy, and luxury market expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Luxe Market Managers across NAMER and LATAM
• Own end-to-end supply strategy, setting priorities for acquisition, host quality, and portfolio optimization
• Champion the Luxe brand and quality standards, supporting team in maintaining high-end host relationships
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch initiatives that strengthen host performance and accelerate supply growth

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or marketplace management
• 4+ years leading and scaling field-based teams
• Deep knowledge of the NAMER and/or LATAM luxury travel and real estate landscape
• Proven track record of meeting supply acquisition and revenue targets through a team

• Experience building partnerships with luxury real estate professionals or property managers
• Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards
• Spanish proficiency
