You'll provide hospital-at-home ICU care for infants and children transitioning from hospital to home in the Pittsburgh area. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care to multiple clients in hospital-to-home transition
• Train families and ongoing care team on patient care
• Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care as needed
• Travel across assigned geography in Pittsburgh area

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
• Competence in waived testing and tracheostomy/ventilator care
• Availability to work some weekends
