💼 About This Role

You'll be the face of Starlink, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues across digital and voice channels. As an early member of the team, you'll analyze trends and design support interventions to improve the customer experience. This role offers the chance to shape the support strategy for a revolutionary satellite broadband service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels
• Be a relentless internal advocate for the customer
• Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of front-line customer support experience
• Fluent in English and Greek
