🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage commercial solar PV project portfolio from handoff to closeout
• Establish consistent project management standards and controls
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams
• Provide oversight on budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and change orders

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of construction or solar project management experience
• Proven ability to lead and mentor project managers
• Deep understanding of commercial solar PV construction (rooftop, ground-mount, carport)
• Strong financial acumen with portfolio-level budget management

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Knowledge of behind-the-meter and utility interconnections
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
