You'll elevate Alan's procurement into a high-impact, business-enabling capability, bringing structure and commercial rigor to supplier management. You'll strengthen supplier relationships, lead high-impact negotiations, and support teams in making better purchasing decisions. This role combines influence with execution in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Strengthen and scale Alan’s procurement processes and governance.
• Manage commercial relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Lead high-value contract negotiations.
• Coach teams on vendor decision best practices.
• Build spend visibility and vendor benchmarks.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years procurement experience in scale-up/fast-growth environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
• Proven track record structuring and scaling procurement in evolving setups
• Strong negotiation skills with complex commercial agreements, especially SaaS/IT contracts
