You'll provide world-class functional and technical support to customers of a fast-growing Series A SaaS startup that helps CPG brands manage excess inventory. Your core impact is ensuring rapid resolution of support issues and improving internal processes. This role offers collaboration with Product and Engineering teams in a mission-driven environment focused on reducing food waste.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Monitor customer platform usage via system alerts and support tickets
  • Respond to and triage inbound support requests from customers
  • Conduct proactive customer check-ins and document feedback
  • Provide customer analytics and reporting using BI tools

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer support at B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs for customer outcomes
  • Experience with CRM/ticketing software like Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel

  • Familiarity with enterprise software or BI solutions (ERP, supply chain, etc.)
  • Relevant work experience in CPG or grocery retail functions
