💼 About This Role
You'll serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, driving adoption and value from Leapwork's automation platform. You'll own the full customer lifecycle, ensuring measurable business outcomes and long-term success. This role sits at the intersection of agentic AI orchestration and visual automation for top global brands.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding engagements for enterprise customers, aligning goals and success criteria
- Build relationships with technical users, business leaders, and executive stakeholders
- Monitor customer health, usage trends, and proactively address risks and opportunities
- Own renewal process including forecasting, negotiation, and expansion
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or similar customer-facing SaaS role
- Proven experience managing large enterprise customers
- Strong commercial mindset with renewal and growth experience
- Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with test automation, DevOps, QA, or RPA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot)
