💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, driving adoption and value from Leapwork's automation platform. You'll own the full customer lifecycle, ensuring measurable business outcomes and long-term success. This role sits at the intersection of agentic AI orchestration and visual automation for top global brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding engagements for enterprise customers, aligning goals and success criteria
  • Build relationships with technical users, business leaders, and executive stakeholders
  • Monitor customer health, usage trends, and proactively address risks and opportunities
  • Own renewal process including forecasting, negotiation, and expansion

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or similar customer-facing SaaS role
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise customers
  • Strong commercial mindset with renewal and growth experience
  • Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with test automation, DevOps, QA, or RPA
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
  • Experience with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot)
