You'll own and automate the operational backbone of a high-growth PropTech startup, building systems for onboarding, underwriting, and payments from scratch. You'll act as a local CEO, directing technical work and prototyping solutions to redefine the UK rental market. This role offers direct influence on product roadmap and strategy at a seed-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and automate end-to-end operational workflows including tenant onboarding.
• Partner with engineering team to direct technical sprints and build code prototypes.
• Scale efficiency by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing automated solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years as a Product Owner or 'local CEO' in high-velocity environments.
• Technically fluent enough to code prototypes and make system design decisions.
• Proven track record of managing engineering, operations, and budgets end-to-end.
