💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily language production for 2K's global content localization team, managing a small team of Language Leads and Linguistic Specialists. Your work ensures high-quality localized content across text, UI, and VO scripts for AAA game titles. This role blends hands-on linguistic expertise with growing leadership responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a small team of Language Leads and Linguistic Specialists
• Coordinate daily language production across text, UI, VO, and marketing copy
• Support issue resolution on terminology, tone, style, and cultural appropriateness
• Track delivery progress, bug triage, and localization review milestones

📋 Requirements

• Experience in content localization or linguistics, ideally in games or media
• Strong understanding of language quality principles including tone-of-voice and transcreation
• Familiarity with localization tools such as CAT platforms, Jira, Confluence, and CMS
• Fluent in English; fluency in at least one supported language strongly preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, translation, or localization
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding peers or managing small teams
• Knowledge of additional languages
