• Achieve store sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Lead operational tasks including payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention
• Merchandise store per planograms and launch promotions on time

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
