💼 About This Role

You'll technically manage multidisciplinary teams to establish test and launch facilities for a fast-growing New Space company. You'll coordinate timelines, costs, and risks with internal and external stakeholders, reporting to senior management. This role offers the chance to directly contribute to disrupting the aerospace industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a multidisciplinary, cross-functional project team across departments
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including contract negotiation
• Report project status on timelines, budgets and risks to management
• Identify and mitigate technical, financial and operational risks
• Set up and improve workflows for project execution

📋 Requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in mechanical, civil, aerospace or chemical engineering
• 5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or project management
• Experience managing complex international infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of project management toolkit for facility projects

✨ Nice to Have

• German language skills
• Technical expertise in aerospace or rocket launch systems
• Project management certification (PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
