🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and own operational frameworks for revenue delivery efficiency.
  • Build reporting on campaign health, budget utilization, and margin performance.
  • Own Sales-to-Services handoff process ensuring accurate deal context transfer.
  • Design and document workflows from sale through delivery completion.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Operations.
  • Experience in SaaS or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional processes.
  • Strong data analysis skills with Salesforce proficiency.
