You'll join the Risk Operations team at Greenlight, a family fintech company, to protect against fraud and uphold financial integrity. You'll perform detailed analysis of high-risk transactions and resolve fraud alerts to mitigate losses while ensuring a positive customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze high-risk add funds, purchases, and money movement in real-time.
• Resolve Fraud Alerts promptly to mitigate revenue losses and customer harm.
• Support customer inquiries escalated from Customer Service Representatives.
• Identify fraud trends and recommend rule improvements for efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in risk review and Risk Assessment Methodologies.
• Based in Bangalore with ability to work overnight shift and hybrid model.
• Proficient in Google apps and fraud solutions providers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
