💼 About This Role

You'll lead organic growth through SEO and CRO, building self-sustaining growth loops for an agentic AI platform targeting service businesses. Your work will directly drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention from 0 to 1.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform keyword research and topic clustering for SEO growth.
• Build and optimize landing pages with A/B testing and heatmapping.
• Craft SEO-optimized copy for landing pages and long-form content.
• Design and manage automated email/CRM flows for lifecycle marketing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on in SEO and CRO within B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency in GA4/PostHog, Ahrefs/SEMrush/GSC, and Framer.
• Proven track record of driving organic revenue and scaling from $0 to $1-5M ARR.
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnel analytics, and growth modeling.

• Experience with low-code automation tools like Zapier or n8n.
• Portfolio of cross-channel growth loop case studies.
• Ability to prototype and launch experiments in days using AI tools.
