You'll own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces and post-login experiences. Your leadership will drive UX strategy while mentoring designers and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You'll have the opportunity to embed innovative tools and practices within the design workflow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces and post-login experiences
• Drive design decisions from customer problem through hi-fi deliverable
• Contribute to design system with reusable components and interaction patterns
• Lead design critique and peer review sessions across UX team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
• Strong systems thinker with ability to design scalable patterns
• Experience in agile delivery with close PM and engineering partnership
