🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists

📋 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
