You'll lead a team of data center engineers to scale Core Data Center and hardware infrastructure for Roblox's global platform. You'll ensure high availability and performance for millions of concurrent users worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Core Data Center and hardware infrastructure.
• Lead a growing team of data center engineers.
• Identify and solve critical problems via root cause analysis.
• Guide and train staff on best practices for break/fix tasks.
• Create and improve development platform and standards.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in large-scale Data Center Infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years leading a team of 3+ data center engineers.
• Extensive experience installing, monitoring, and maintaining server and network equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments and servers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with commercial-off-the-shelf hardware brands.
• Ability to formulate and implement novel solutions.
