Description

You will manage customer relationships, drive product expansions and renewals, and ensure clients achieve their goals using Interface AI's solutions. You'll collaborate with sales, technical account managers, and product teams to identify upsell opportunities and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, Renewal/Expansion Management)
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, and Executive Stakeholders
• Experience at SaaS or technology company supporting SMB banks/credit unions preferred
• Exceptional communication, consultative approach, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Based in Bay Area with ability to work from office preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to customers throughout onboarding, renewal, and product expansions
• Identify opportunities to provide additional products (Voice AI, Employee AI, Chat AI) in collaboration with sales
• Own renewal strategy and advance planning for upcoming renewals
• Leverage customer conversations and KPIs to identify proactive support and upsell opportunities
• Serve as main escalation point and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
