🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for Hadron platform
• Prioritize and manage product initiatives with clear go/no-go decisions
• Translate institutional requirements into product specifications
• Act as primary liaison between product, engineering, and external partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure
• Hands-on delivery of a tokenization or RWA product
• Experience with institutional clients such as banks or asset managers

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA)
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and token standards
