Description

In this role, you'll partner with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver innovative technical solutions. You'll translate business needs into scalable implementations, ensure seamless integrations, drive partner success, and contribute to organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in computer science or software engineering
• 1-3 years experience in solutions engineering or software engineering
• Strong coding in Java, Objective-C, JavaScript
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations and POCs
• Expertise with data tools like Athena, RDS, Snowflake, SQL

Responsibilities

• Guide partners through solution implementation and best practices
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during integration
• Provide post-implementation support to enhance partner satisfaction
• Proactively monitor and respond to partner issues
• Develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards for partner health
