You'll join a close-knit team at Pilot, a modern connectivity company delivering fiber-optic internet to businesses. You'll implement network builds from design through production and build data center infrastructure while ensuring quality through peer review. This role offers the chance to shape Pilot's growing network footprint with autonomy and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement network builds from design through production.
• Provision standard connectivity services (DIA, IP transit, Ethernet, DWDM).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including fiber and access-layer equipment.
• Create and maintain provisioning documentation, templates, and automation tools.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network support or NOC with provisioning responsibilities.
• 1+ year configuring and implementing network equipment (Juniper, Cisco, Arista) beyond support.
• Solid practical experience with IP routing fundamentals (BGP/OSPF/ISIS) and layer 2 technologies.
• Experience with DCIM tools like Nautobot or Netbox for documenting cabling and infrastructure.

✨ Nice to Have

• Data center or field engineering experience.
• Experience at an ISP, hosting provider, or data center provider.
• Exposure to scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Ansible).
