- Act as primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers.
- Lead technical onboarding and proof-of-concept initiatives.

- 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or similar role in SaaS.
- Coding ability in Python or JavaScript for debugging.
- Understanding web technologies like HTTP, DNS, TLS, APIs.
- Experience building automations or scripts for operational efficiency.
